At Dosse, all our products are manufactured under high standards of quality and verification. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once the purchase has been made. All sales are final.

If you make a purchase, you agree that you will not be able to return the product, exchange it, or request a refund, except in the cases described below.

Damages and Issues

Check your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately at dossebackup@gmail.com
with photos and details of the issue.
In these cases, we will evaluate the situation and provide a solution, which may include replacing the item.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Model or color changes
  • Size issues
  • Improper use of the product
  • No sale item or gift card qualifies for return.

Exchanges

Since we do not accept returns, we also do not make exchanges for other items or models. We recommend carefully reviewing your purchase before completing it.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds of any kind, except in the exceptional case in which you receive an incorrect or damaged product and it is not possible to replace it.
In that case, we will contact you and inform you of the corresponding process.
