Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package through the official page of the assigned courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address.
If the package is returned due to an address error, a new shipping fee must be paid to resend it.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, peak seasons, or other external factors.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If the courier marks the order as “delivered,” Dosse is not responsible for losses or theft after delivery.
For these cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
